Our Story

Welcome, we are Catalina and John Maione a wife and husband team, married for almost 25 years! :)

For many years we have dreamed of working on a project together. Love brought us together and JBC Olde American is made with our love.

JBC Olde American celebrates deep faith, and love for family and country!

So, what is JBC??? Well that represents the very best part of our lives which came out of our deep love for each other, our children, John, Billy and Cecilia!!! Our children are all part of Generation Z. They are our bridge between what is Olde and New.

Why, Olde American? Well, we believe in a respect for the past with an eye toward the future. Many times we have found what is Olde does become New again! We have always been fans and just have such a deep love for this country. While John is a third generation Italian-American who still appreciates his Italian heritage and culture he has an even deeper love for this country and everything it means to be an American. I, Catalina am an immigrant to the US. Originally from Costa Rica, which I still cherish, I have always loved and respected the USA. I am truly blessed to now be a US citizen and able to call this beautiful land home!

Why the circle with the heart? We believe the circle represents us all in the Democracy we love. For example seemingly opposite opinions held with love often when going full  circle end up meeting again in harmony…
